Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Trade Flow Systems products and services. By using TradeFlow, you agree to these terms.

Using TradeFlow

You must be able to form a binding agreement and have authority to act for the business or workspace you register. You are responsible for account security, activity under your account, and keeping account information current. Do not use TradeFlow to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your data and connected systems

You retain your rights in information you provide or connect. You give TradeFlow permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to connect each account and allow this processing.

When you connect Gmail, TradeFlow requests read-only access. It cannot send, reply to, change, move, or delete Gmail data. You can revoke a connected system's access through that provider and may ask us to disconnect it in TradeFlow.

Service operation

We work to keep TradeFlow available and secure, but the service may change, experience interruptions, or include preview features. You remain responsible for reviewing business decisions and maintaining appropriate backups and procedures for your operations. Each third-party service has its own terms and may change independently of TradeFlow.

Ending use

You may stop using TradeFlow and request account closure. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment under an applicable order, or harm to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, TradeFlow is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Trade Flow Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may change these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service. Questions may be sent to theo@tradeflowsystems.ai.
